Our Story

Welcome to Sheehan&Co. It all started in 1994 when I, Daniel Sheehan, was just a humble fashion enthusiast attending NYU and answering phones at the Perry Ellis headquarters in New York City. Little did I know that this was the beginning of my long and winding journey through the world of fashion!

The 1990s in New York were an amazing time for fashion. I was able to explore it from every angle, working my way up from the phones to assisting the creative director, sales and marketing, and even design. After graduating college my career path took me to London where I directed and sold textile prints around the world.

Since then my wanderings have led me all over the globe. I’ve encountered fascinating people, seen inspiring places, and experienced a multitude of cultures that have all shaped my understanding of fashion. But one thing has always remained constant - my belief in the power of design to bring joy into the lives of others.

 

After 15 years of leading a successful junior apparel company, I decided to set out on my own and start Sheehan&Co. My new brand is the culmination of all my experiences gathered over the past 25 years - it’s where fashion meets art, and everyday life turns into an adventure.

 

It is my mission to share my enthusiasm for fashion with the world and help other men look their best at any age. With Sheehan&Co, I'm on a mission to make it easier for men to express themselves through their style and never have to apologize for looking good. I firmly believe that the job of a brand and a designer is to bring out and showcase the stylish man already within you.
